Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital Moodle plugin licenses sold on Loop2Learning.
1. Trial licenses
Trial plans are free and time-limited. They are intended for evaluation and are not refundable.
2. Paid licenses
Paid licenses are digital products delivered by email and secure download links. Once a license key is issued and/or the protected ZIP is accessed, refunds may be limited except where required by law.
3. Eligible refund requests
- Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate orders.
- Technical delivery failure not resolved by support.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer law.
4. Request window
Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase, including your order reference and billing email.
5. How to request
Contact support at info@loop2learning.pt with subject “Refund request” and include your order details.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
