These Terms govern purchases and use of digital plugins licenses from Loop2Learning.
1. Service scope
We provide paid and trial licenses for Moodle plugins, protected download delivery, and activation/validation services.
2. Orders and delivery
After checkout, we issue a license key and provide download instructions by billing email. Keep your license key confidential.
3. License usage
Your use is subject to plan duration, activation limits, and product-specific terms described in the checkout and EULA pages.
4. Billing and renewals
Pricing, tax, and renewal terms are shown during checkout. Failed or reversed payments may suspend the license.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate billing and contact information.
- Use valid site/domain details for activation.
- Do not share credentials or abuse the licensing API.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability, but temporary outages may occur for maintenance or incidents. Moodle grace-period behavior may apply where configured.
7. Support
Support is available via info@loop2learning.pt. You can also access your licenses in the customer portal and purchase upgrades in checkout.
8. Governing law and changes
We may update these Terms when needed. Updated versions apply from the publication date shown above.
