1. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Moodle plugin for the licensed period and activation limit.
2. Activations and domain binding
License keys may be limited by number of Moodle sites/domains. Activations beyond the purchased limit are not permitted.
3. Trial and demo behavior
Trial licenses provide full features for the configured trial period. After trial expiry, usage may fall back to restricted demo mode unless upgraded.
4. Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, or license sharing beyond agreed entitlements.
- No removal of copyright notices or attempt to bypass license checks.
- No reverse engineering except where explicitly allowed by law.
5. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided according to the purchased package and active license status.
6. Termination
We may suspend or revoke licenses for non-payment, abuse, fraud, or material breach of this agreement.
7. Liability
The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded where legally allowed.
